Why this exists

Most fitness and longevity content online recycles old claims with no source. The peer-reviewed literature is full of useful, actionable findings — but it sits behind paywalls and reads like a textbook. We close that gap.

What we cover

Every week we publish short, citable summaries of research across:

  • Recovery — soreness, tissue repair, post-exercise nutrition
  • Sleep — architecture, debt, circadian biology
  • Longevity — healthspan, senescence, the interventions with human data
  • Peptides — what the literature actually shows
  • Performance — strength, endurance, cognition
  • Women’s health, injury recovery, fitness, nutrition, biohacking

How we write

Plain English. A summary at the top. A short body with subheads. Source attribution at the bottom — every time. If a claim is contested in the literature, we say so.

What this is not

Medical advice. Decisions about your body belong with a clinician who knows you.
